Welcome to Greymont Group Inc. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our tutoring services (the “Services”)—both online and in-person—and your access to our website. By registering for or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use or book our Services.

Definitions

  • “Greymont,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Greymont Group Inc.

  • “Student,” “you,” or “your” means the individual or organization registering for or receiving Services.

Acceptance of Terms

When you (or your guardian/sponsor) register, book, or attend a session, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you warrant you have authority to bind that organization.

Our Services

We offer personalized one-on-one and small-group tutoring in a variety of subjects. Sessions may be delivered remotely via video conference or in-person at our location:

Registration & Booking

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 14 years old to register. Students under 18 require a guardian’s consent.

  • Booking: All sessions are booked through our website or by email. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once payment (or valid payment method) is received.

Fees & Payment

  • Rates: Our hourly rates are published on our website. Group sessions have a per-student rate.

  • Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payment is due at booking.

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: A 20% deposit holds your spot; the balance is due before or at your session.

  • Late Payments: Unpaid balances may incur a late fee of 5% per week.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Student Cancellations:

    • ≥ 24 hours’ notice: full refund (minus deposit).

    • < 24 hours’ notice: no refund, but you may reschedule once within 30 days.

  • Greymont Cancellations: If we must cancel (illness, emergency), you receive a full refund or a free reschedule.

Student Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time (online or in-person) with required materials.

  • Behave respectfully toward tutors and fellow students.

  • Provide accurate personal and academic information.

Intellectual Property

All educational materials, lesson plans, and proprietary content remain Greymont’s property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share without our written permission.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share student records with third parties, except as required by law.

Disclaimer of Guarantees

While we strive for academic improvement, we do not guarantee grades, test scores, or specific learning outcomes. Success depends on your effort and consistency.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greymont Group Inc.’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services is limited to the fees you paid for the affected session. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greymont Group Inc. and its staff from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misconduct.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by New Jersey law. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Union County, NJ, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remainder of these Terms stays in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Greymont Group Inc. regarding the Services.
