1. Refund Eligibility Window

Clients may request a full refund within 24 hours of booking or requesting a service. After this period, services are considered confirmed and non-refundable unless the criteria in Section 2 apply.

2. Service Not Rendered as Promised

If we fail to deliver the service as outlined or promised at the time of purchase:

You are eligible for a full refund, or we will first attempt to rectify the issue at no additional cost to you. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name

  • Date of service request

  • Description of the issue

We aim to review all refund requests within 2–3 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests made after 24 hours without a service issue.

Services that were fully rendered as agreed.

Cases where the client did not attend or respond for scheduled services.
